Chargeback Policy

In certain circumstances, the Card Holder (You) and/or the Card Issuer (Your Credit Card Company) disputes or refuses to settle a transaction where they have previously accepted the payment to LISCR for the relevant services, such circumstances are known as “Chargeback”. When a “Chargeback” occurs, LISCR will have to pay the transaction fee, and any others Liabilities or Fines, such expenses are known as “Chargeback Costs”. You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to reimburse LISCR the full amount of relevant “Chargeback” and any reasonable “Chargeback Costs” which LISCR may incur during the investigation should the result of such “Chargeback” is due to the error from your side.
