Return/Refund Policy

As payment is in respect of taxes and fees statutorily due and payable and services and publications already provided in accordance with the statutory requirements of the relevant legislation under which the Registry operates, there is no possibility to return any service, and no requirement to make a refund will arise. In the event that in error a payment has been made more than once, we will invite you to apply the over-payment to any other outstanding invoice or as pre-payment of annual charges contractually due. In the event that this proves impractical, a check in US Dollars for the amount of the overpayment will be raised and sent to you. We will advise you of any overpayment or of any payment received in respect of which we have insufficient information for us to apply the payment, and will agree with you in advance of taking any action, how that payment is to be applied.
